Recall+™ is a dietary supplement formulated to support memory and cognitive recall. The ingredients in Recall+™, phosphatidylserine, choline, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B9 and Vitamin B12, support brain health and memory. *Supplementing your diet with these ingredients may support short-term and long-term memory.

As the brain ages, the messengers in the brain (neurons) may experience a decrease in their ability to communicate with each other. Phosphatidylserine, a phospholipid and a component of the cell membrane that is found in high amounts in the brain and myelin (the insulating layer around nerves) provides support to neuron membranes which supports communication between brain cells. Phosphatidylserine and choline help facilitate the release of neurotransmitters such as acetylcholine which is essential for recall and the storage of memories.

Vitamin B6 is involved in the production of hemoglobin, nervous system functioning, and the production of serotonin and norepinephrine which are neurotransmitters that play a role in the sleep cycle, depression, anxiety, carbohydrate cravings, and PMS (serotonin) and energy, drive, anxiety, focus, metabolism, and mood (norepinephrine).
Vitamin B9 (Folate) has a role in making DNA, neurotransmitters, red blood cells, and proteins.
Vitamin B12 aids in the development of myelin sheaths, nerve cells, and blood cells in the brain and body. Vitamin B12 has been under study for its relationship with memory loss, Alzheimer’s disease, and mood.
